ABUSE OF POWER - Lack of Due Diligence - Discrimination - Disenfranchisement

August 6, 2015
City Center Milwaukee | DAY 270 | the 50th Anniversary of the Voting act was signed by 36th President Lyndon Baines Johnson on August 6, 1965.  It was to ensure that African Americans have the right to vote.  Keep in mind, this was giving a privilege that was already ours as CITIZENS OF THE USA but denied because of RACISM.

I make the point of an extra layer because there were individuals, Caucasians, who were "misusing their power" and "misusing African Americans".  We yet have this erosion by Caucasians in the Voting arena and seen over-and-over.  To which we, the People, must fight with every mean necessary to remove from the laws and day-to-day public square.

The Cheaper to Keep Them deal failed to include the VOTE and authorization of the People and created an enslavement - Involuntary Servitude for 30 years.  It included the 3-D's:  Discrimination, Lack of Due Diligence and Disenfranchisement.

Premise
When our elected officials show that they are disrespectful of the civil rights of the members of the City of Milwaukee and Milwaukee County; pit Milwaukee against other taxpayers around the state; wholesale mandate special laws and update authorities to give appropriateness to wrongful public policies; exclude individuals that represent the People of Milwaukee; fail to ask and receive the consent of the People of Milwaukee prior to 30 years of saddling with taxes for a private millionaire and billionaire deal; stroking the books/budget for passing; and, presentation of Smoke and Mirrors with Bait-n-Switch status quo promises; it is just criminal and we have asked for a thorough investigation of those involved in this Involuntary Servitude of the People by the office of U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch with hands on by the U.S. Department of Justice 8th District NEW Attorney General.

A recent investigation of individuals at the state level by the 8th District revealed quite a few folk that were brought before the court system with counts of felonies that also took them to incarceration.

We feel that the previous investigation of wrongdoing by elected officials in Wisconsin will pale in comparison to the Cheaper to Keep Them wrongdoing (state-county-city).

We see the Cheaper to Keep Them Deal as an enslavement of African American, other People of Color and the Work Challenged in the city of Milwaukee and county of Milwaukee.

The sprinted behavior of wrongdoing against Milwaukee stakeholders and taxpayers is dooming these folk to further generations of Enduring Concentrated Poverty.

Stay tuned.
