The fourteen players above represent Millennials in today's marketplace. They are the talent that the city of Milwaukee will embrace as it NBA Basketball team, the team the fans will support at upcoming home court games, the team that will bring personal revenue as a Milwaukee NBA TEAM as well as those NBA teams that they bring to Milwaukee. They are STAKEHOLDERS.
As stakeholders, Milwaukeeans and nearby fans are being asked to share real estate for a NEW Bucks Arena and a newly developed prime real estate know as Park East. This is property owned by Milwaukee County and represent tax dollars of the CORE CONSTITUENTS - the population of Milwaukee and its County site.
We see this as an excellent time to become partners of the men of the Bucks team. As well as incorporate NBA Cares.
To be specific, MPA LLC seeks a NEW model as a CHANGER and CHARGER in assisting to re-define, re-brand and UN-trap talent and help create HOPE.

They come from varied backgrounds, cities and countries.
They can sharpen their skills and realize plateaus not before seen.
They CAN GIVE prospectives as African American males and working with African American males on the team. They are ages 20-31.

This is a huge cadre of opportunities for possibility in helping to re-define, re-brand and UN-trap CORE CONSTITUENTS of the city of Milwaukee that are mired in risky behaviors caused by Enduring Concentrated Poverty and "by-design" discrimination and exclusion in wealth building. That means the environment that they live in is so toxic with negatives the VISION OF HOPE is mired in the Enduring Concentrated Poverty.
The team is an intricate part of the deal - they play ball. They win games. They win Championships. All three brings revenue to them and to the city of Milwaukee through various factors starting with the assessment that is placed on each NBA PLAYER.
They are stakeholders. If they purchase property in the city of Milwaukee they become Milwaukeeans.

They play with the NBA/National Basketball Association through being a member of the Milwaukee Bucks. By being a member of the NBA, they bring other dial-ups for assisting in the re-defining, re-branding, and UN-trapping fellow Millennials that live in the city of Milwaukee.
MPA LLC is looking at Scholarship, Entrepreneurship and Mentorship camps as starters that build various assets that start with character building and morale framing. It is having an OFF and ON Season Institute for identifying hidden talent of leadership. Yes. Sports is automatic; but, it is NOT the end all to building a healthy and safe neighborhood structure.

We see the 14-member team (now and evolving) for the duration of the 20-30 year investment to commit to growing the young and not so young minds of the city of Milwaukee and Milwaukee County by accessing the talents and resources of the NBA Milwaukee Buck Team.
MPA LLC is in the process of formulating a template for PHASE I to present to the Milwaukee Bucks Team, owners and Adam Silver, Commissioner.
