About - Why MPA LLC created this website

Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC is a privately-owned public policy and channel development business based in the city of Milwaukee.  It is a think tank that rigorously pursues the benefits of public policies relative to economic development and quality of life issues at the census tract and neighborhood-level of Milwaukee.

We work with LIKE-MINDS to carry out All Hands on Deck, WE CAN  infrastructural Initiative. We collect data for strategic planning for land-use, use of resources, reporting to revenue sources, reporting to conveyors of huge government funding and to the People.

We work for overall aggrandizement of CORE CONSTITUENTS of the city of Milwaukee, especially African American, other People of Color and the Work Challenged [Re-defining, re-branding and UN-TRAPPING hidden talent and opportunities for neighborhood-level businesses.

We added MPA LLC MILWAUKEE BUCKS PAGE website.

Milwaukee has a population of over a half-million people (594,833).
Three-fourth are African American and People of Color.  They are mired in Enduring Concentrated Poverty (2008).  

On April 18, 2008, Mary Glass, Chair/CEO, Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC posted an article on Newsvine called:  

An Exposé - Hog Wild Institutional Racism in Milwaukee by Elected Officials

Two societies, one black, one white --separate and unequal" in Milwaukee.

The report identified  - racial trends that is with us as we visit the Milwaukee Bucks plan.  Some of the same individuals are around the table (Tim Sheehy - MMAC, Julie Taylor - GMC and Gale Klappa - We Energy and their cronies in government and out).

Milwaukee's racial disparities has been around for as long as People of Color have been in significant numbers.  One noted benchmark was the visit of the Kerner Report during the Johnson administration after the Urban spontaneous rebellions primarily of African Americans BEING TIRED of BEING TIRED of racial injustices. 

.... The only genuine, long-range solution for what has happened .lies in ~n attackmounted at every level-upon the conditions that breed despair and violence. All of us know what those conditions are: ignorance, discrimination, slums, poverty, disease, not enough jobs. We should attack these conditions-not because we are frightened by conflict, but because we are fired by conscience. We should attack them because there is simply no other way to achieve a decent and orderly society in America....

In 2008, Bill Moyer talked to ex-Senator Fred Harris, OK, the lone surviving member of the Kerner Commission, about specifics of the Kerner Report and Milwaukee was one of the cities he cited.

FRED HARRIS: That's right. And I remember one-- we went for example, we went to-- Milwaukee. And I spent a good portion of that day in a black barbershop. We found Milwaukee as segregated really, maybe more so, then southern cities. I kept saying to people-- "Do you run into much discrimination here in Milwaukee?" "And people didn't know quite how to answer it. It turned out the reason was, that they didn't see any white people. That's how segregated Milwaukee was."

"And we found there people, of course, and this was true all over. Black people had come up there looking for jobs."

It is created by those who have privileges and privileged, have and control of MONEY and MISUSE power.  Since the wealth, control of money and resources are conducted by Caucasians.

The above 14 RACIAL THEMES are created by Caucasians.  It is maintained by Caucasians. It is condoned by CAUCASIANS with misuse of power.

How did the June 4, 2015 agreement by Scott Walker - Governor, Chris Abele - Milwaukee County Executive and Tom Barrett - Mayor of Milwaukee construct a plan based of divisiveness, on the backs of those mired in Enduring Concentrated Poverty and condoned with "Institution racism" is "status quo".  It is all of the above reporting in this article and more.

"My office just can not allow a spirited argument and EXPOSURE of this disrespect, failure of Oath, failure of Constitution, brazen neglect and TAKE-OVER of the privileged to disenfranchise those mired and TRAPPED in disparities - Enduring Concentrated Poverty.

We can collaborate and leverage assets for a pen-to-paper 20-30 year commitment of the Bucks owners, developers, investors and the Bucks team.  We can not deliver our assets to billionaires to comfort their greed at the expense of our half-million people.  We can not grin and bear the TAKEOVER of our prime real estate, BAIT-N-SWITCH promise of jobs that show "NO BEEF" throughout the two-three decades of commitment.  We can no grin and take crumbs at the table of PLENTY, since we own the table, providing the preparers and engaging in MORE than half of the wherewithal.

We see the same monopoly-oligopoly Caucasians and the same African American and Latino gatekeepers espousing words of change and "make our city better" - "this is an opportunity for all".  That is disengious rhetoric and can not be allowed to go forward.

We must contact our elected officials - all of them - and let them know that it is time out for the RACISM and practices seen in the Kerner and Eisenhower reports referenced in this article.



We the People are here.  What say you owners that WILL make us secure the deal?

MPA LLC rejects Tom Sheehy and the MMAC as the CORE CONSTITUENT.

MPA LLC rejects Julie Taylor and Beth  of GMC and Bid 21 respectively as the CORE CONSTITUENTS - They represent big business whose owners are just like the BUCK owners and have subscribe to the status quo.

MPA LLC rejects "lukewarm" tiptoeing by Ralph Hollman of the Urban Leagues, Cory Nettles, Carla Cross, AND African American investors looking out JUST FOR THEMSELVES.  You seem to have forgotten from whence you came and can go there at a drop of the hat - unlike the Caucasians you are following.

MPA LLC rejects Wesley Edens and Marc Lasry billionaires plan without major tear sheets for the CORE CONSTITUENTS.  We have the Manpower complex, Harley Davidson, Pic n Save, the Milwaukee 7, EB-5 Developers, Irgens Development (20-year fiasco), Steeltech, Chaney Correctional Center, COA, St. Ann Center (North Avenue) and on and on.  Enough already.  PUT UP with top of the line engagements just as if you were on the CORE CONSTITUENTS team and your "life" was at stake.

MPA LLC rejects the developers - Head of the Herd LLC, of the Buck plan without pen-to-paper benefits of the Arena and proposed 3 phases - blocks with specifics of jobs, prevailing wages, construction of all phases - prime and subcontractors for the FULL commitment of the plan - starting with design - Back to drawing board.  Since you failed due diligence before coming to the table to bargain, you MUST DO IT NOW.

IF they want the deal, drop down and make it happen.  
NO ONE IS EXEMPT from coming to the table, but they must put up revenue, gainful employment that name specifics in an agreement and timeline to impact Enduring Concentrated Poverty of the city of Milwaukee or SHUT UP.  

This is not a TIM SHEEHY - MMAC, Milwaukee 7, GMAC, MEDC, RACM and TOM BARRETT only MEGA DEAL.  This is about CHANGE-REFORM and BEST PRACTICES dealing with the CORE CONSTITUENTS.  They must have their SHARE.  Too much depend on it.  Our neighborhoods are in CRISIS.  This plan, if done correctly can be a MODEL across the country how to IMPACT institutional racism that is too often condoned.

ALL OF THE ABOVE and SOME is why MPA LLC created and will maintain MPA LLC MILWAUKEE BUCKS PAGE.

By the way, MPA LLC has not heard from the Bucks owners, Bucks owner son, President of the Bucks and/or Adam Silver.  NOT Wise.
